This American-made film Maniac, produced by Joe Spinell Gore and Hollywood effects from the popular Tom Savini. The film is about a serial killer who stalks and kills various women. When the film goes on, we finally begin to understand why the killer, Frank continued his rage. The result was what happened to him as a child and abuse of his mother.
